TPO eco-friendly tarpaulin has many advantages such as light weight, a long service life, low temperature resistance, anti-aging, waterproof, mildew resistance, environment- friendly and renewable, good impact resistance, excellent tensile and tear strength, good elasticity and puncture resistance. Large width (up to 5 meters), can be hot air welded.

1、Excellent physical performance: Good impact resistance, excellent tensile and teat strength. Good resistance to high or low temperatures（-70℃～80℃). While PVC and TPU products fail to achieve it.

2、Nontoxic and odorless, no pollution:  is environmental without any additives. A replacement of PVC tarpaulin which contains a large amount of plumbum, cadmium and other heavy metal heat stabilizers. At the same time, it avoids the phthalate plasticizers commonly used in PVC to affect human hormone secretion and the risk of carcinogenicity. 

3、Recyclable: Polypropylene fabric makes it possible to be made into other plastic products through crushing and re-granulation. Polyester fabric used in PVC tarpaulin is not compatible with PVC. So recycling is costly and difficult. The most common treatment is incineration, which releases a large amount of carbon dioxide, benzene-containing compounds, carbon soot, and even other toxic gases such as hydrogen chloride and dioxins.

4、Light weight: The density is 0.88, while the density of PVC is 1.40-1.45. Polyolefin tarpaulin is 1.5 times lighter than PVC tarpaulin of the same thickness and 1.38 times lighter than TPU tarpaulin.

5、Good weather resistance, waterproof and anti-aging: TPO has excellent low temperature elasticity and ductility, excellent aging resistance and UV resistance, good waterproof resistance, and can withstand various harsh environment without deterioration. While PVC and TPU are weak in these ares. The waterproof performance of TPU tarpaulin is not as good as that of our  environmental tarpaulin.

6、Great mechanical strength: Good impact resistance, excellent tensile and tear strength, anti-abrasion.

7、Other functions can be achieved if needed:

(1)Flame retardant. Can reach B1 if required.

(2)Anti-wicking and Water-repellent. Can be achieved if required.

(3)Water floats on the surface like beads and will float away with a shake. No traces will be left.
