Performance characteristics

1. Excellent physical properties:

TPO tarpaulin is made of "ethylene-octene" TPO (POE) as a carrier, supplemented by functional materials. It has good elasticity, strong toughness, high and low temperature resistance (-70 ℃ ~ 80 ℃), which is unmatched by traditional PVC and TPU tarpaulins.

2. Environmental protection: TPO material is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and tasteless, without any pollution, abandoning the unenvironmental performance of PVC tarpaulin, and passed the SGS test (test number SHAEC1915796002).

3. Renewable recycling: TPO and PO base fabrics are used, which can be recycled and reused 100%, that is, through crushing and re-granulation, they can be used for injection into other plastic products.

4. Light weight: the specific gravity is only 0.87, (while the specific gravity of PVC is 1.40 and the specific gravity of TPU is 1.20), the tarpaulin of the same thickness is 1.5 times lighter than the PVC tarpaulin and 1.38 times lighter than the TPU tarpaulin. Bring convenience to construction and use.

5. Anti-aging and waterproof: TPO has excellent anti-aging and anti-ultraviolet performance, and can be guaranteed not to deteriorate for more than 5 years. (And the aging resistance is the short board of PVC and TPU). The waterproof performance is also excellent, which is unmatched by TPU tarpaulins.

6. High mechanical strength: impact resistance, high elongation, scratch resistance.

7. Other special functions can be customized:

-Flame retardant, according to user requirements, the flame retardant grade reaches B1.

-anti-wicking, that is, the silk in the cloth does not seep water. At the request of the user, it can be achieved.

-The surface floats water, that is, the water is in the form of beads on it, and it floats away when the water is shaken, leaving no traces of dirt.
